That etude is the most beautiful Sorabji piece I have yet heard. The etudes have the benefit of not being overlong and are maybe his best work. I thought at first the Habanera was feasible for an amateur, but before long Sorabji let rip again... I wish I'd find a performance of 'In the Hothouse' which is one of the fwe Sorabji pieces that look (at least on paper) manageable. I've been toying with it but have no idea how it sounds...
