Orchestral parts in concertos?

Hello! I'm new here, so please excuse any inappropriate mannerisms, etc, if any.

I'm trying to get back into playing a Beethoven piano concerto (No. 5) and was interested in getting an orchestral recording -- without the piano part. I've tried using Youtube, but it's a bit difficult to play parts and hear my unique voice over the recording.

If there is an online resource or place to shop for a CD/dlc, I would very much like to know! And it does not have to be limited to only this particular concerto as there might be a limit to actual recordings like this out there.
