I've written an analysis of Medtner's Skazka, Op. 26 #3 (recordings of which can be downloaded from http://pianosociety.com/cms/index.php?section=907). The analysis: http://www.schmonz.com/2007/04/23/music ... -26-3-1912 Would the illustrious Society desire to have a slightly denatured version on the site somewhere?
It looks a thorough and useful piece of work, and I will take some time going over it with the score in hand, as I am only slightly less besotted with Medtner than you are (though my problem is there's so many others I am also besotted with  ) Notes and analysis' on works could certainly be a good thing for PS. Although peoples' preferences will probably be to get this kind of in-depth information on things they know. Surely you must provide the sheet music as well, I think.
How does that work regarding copyright? I have the Dover edition, the campus music library has some other edition, and I've seen a PDF online (of unknown provenance -- everything's in Russian). What are the guidelines for safely publishing a score on Piano Society? Interested to hear your take on my analysis, whenever you find enough round tuits. Or anyone else's take, for that matter!
