How do you keep track of your repertoire?

Hello Guys,,,
I feel like my head goes empty whenever I'm asked to play something, because I consider that the pieces that I've been practicing recently are not done, and the ones that are done I haven't practiced in months. I know tutuapp.uno/ luckypatcher.tips/ www.kodi.bio/ I can bring them back very easily, but under pressure you never know, so they don't even cross my mind.

Do youhave a list of every piece you know? Do you have a selected repertoire that you usually play? Do you have your own recordings?
