    So beautiful! This quality of old recording made me remember of Gieseking.
    There's a lot of background noise, compared to modern quality. Despite that, some tracks like this still give me goosebumps!

    Indeed, wonderful and marvelous! Despite a slow tempo, Gieseking holds the listeners transfixed to music, every harmony fits the musical phrase and continues the line until the feeling of endlessness... I agree, no matter the age and recording quality, the great masters make their music shining and touching hearts of many generations of music lovers,
