The church asked me to do a performance. I played the moonlight sonata! its a bit fast. I hope you like it!
Well the audience liked it, even though they coughed and splutted most of the way through it. Not badly played, but quite some wrong notes (not misses but read errors) and you have a habit of speeding up and slowing down at will. Sounds like a decent instrument (for a church), but it is hard to say more with such bad sound quality. You should ask if you can record in the church without audience, and with the microphones placed closer to the piano. I bet not many people understood the 'verhaaltje'
Very nice. You brings me back to my sonata.....15 years ago. But I was addicted to Chopin. Just a tip, ff does not mean faster; pp does not mean slower. Try to be more consutent about the tempo. rubato is fine, but not too excessive in Beetoven. Ps. was this a long distance Audience recording....... :x
