If only you could see me giving you a hearty ovation! You are a very talented pianist. My only question is, weren't your fingers sore after playing this and Bach's English suite all in one sitting?

We need an ovation emoticon.

To say that was good would be understatement to the point of injustice.

    Encore!

Not really... though doing 9 etudes in the second half was a bit tiring. :)

    Thanks!

A really good live performance and your technique is solid as a rock! Must been a success? And on a Bösendorfer 290...ah, would love to play on such an instrument.

The recording is up on the site!

Yes, the recital was a relatively big success! I have uploaded the entire recital, so you can see there weren't many glaring errors or memory slips, which is always a good thing. The attendance was around 90 or so, and that was on a night when the opera was dress rehearsing (many people in that told me they'd go if it weren't for the rehearsal), and also the orchestra had a concert across the street, so I'm sure there would've been quite a few more people, but all considering, it was great! I feel sorry for some students who do their senior or graduate recitals and only like 5 people show up!!

The video is coming, but slowly, as my schedule allows but marginal time for this. I'll post it soon hopefully in a youtube link or something in case anyone's interested.
