Well, I decided to upload my own interpretation of Adagio sostenuto. Hope that two other movements follow soon enough. Waiting for your critics.
What exactly is experimental about this ? All the notes are there, in the right order. As such it is not bad at all, but at the same time, it's pretty boring. This is such an extremely popular piece (just about everybody plays it and submits their recording here) that any new recording had better be something special. Not that I would deny this one admission to the site, there's nothing wrong with it, but it's neither an original choice nor especially convincingly played.
I agree; it's a nice, albeit ordinary rendition. No flaws, per se but no artistic individualization (something (which as you heard from my odd recordings), is very hard to pull off). When I listen to this piece, I, the listener, need to hear an artistic originality that is still within the confines of Beethoven's conceptualization. This is easier said than done! Thanks for sharing and welcome to the forum! I like the tempo.
Thank you for your strict comments. Frankly speaking, they are near compliments for me since I attempted to achieve less individualization deliberately. IMO this movement is contemplation, gaze into universe, it doesn't need individualism in contrast with Presto agitato which, of course, is highly personality-related and allows many individual interpretation variants (sorry for my English if I told something inexactly). But I am completely agree about artistic originality. It is something that I am seeking constantly. Not me alone, though... As for the term 'experimental' I didn't mean experiments in performance, but rather experiments with my piano and recording which is still difficult process for me.
