Monica Hart lives in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois and grew up in a musical family where every member plays at least two instruments, and her father was the high school choir director - Monica was his accompanist. She also accompanied her church choir and played flute in the band, jazz band, and orchestra.

Monica earned a bachelor degree in business and currently works in an office in Chicago. But she still loves to play piano whenever she can. Stumbling upon Piano Society around 10 years ago prompted her to start practicing piano much more, which then lead to a hobby of producing her own recordings. In 2007 she became an administrator on Piano Society where she monitors members’ recordings and helps maintain the website.
