What comes after memorizing each Major scale on the piano?

So, if I now memorize each Major scale on the piano, meaning, you yell "A Major!" or "Bb Major!" or "F# Major!" and I can play them instantly (you know, the very baby entry level stuff), what do I begin to practice next?

I should probably fill in a few things to let ya'll know where I'm currently at :

    I know that the chords in a major scale are : M m m M M m dim

I know that a triad is built with a root, a third, and a fifth -- and that to extend that to a seventh, you simply add a seventh.. To extend it to a 9th, you add a 9th.. etc

But I'm at a loss for what 1337x KissAsian MangaStream comes next... Do I now begin practicing the Minor scales.. or do I begin memorizing each chord in each scale by heart? Meaning, if someone shouts a scale at me, I can instantly play the chords of each scale degree rather than just the individual notes? (This intuitively seems like the next best step but I need some wisdom from the masters)

    Thanks!!!
