    Hey All,
    I'm uploading here my Etude-Vocalise on Bach's Prelude #1.
The left hand alone Plays the entire Bach Prelude note for note (thus making it an Etude), while the right hand plays Bar-Niv's Vocalise...
Bar-Niv - Vocalise Etüde on the Bach prelude BWV.846

It's a neat trick, and very skilfully executed. But I can't honestly say I like your Vocalise much, or the idea to pit your wits against Bach (I would have hoped Gounod was the last to try that....). Just a personal opinion though - this is fine if you like that sort of thing.

In a way, Chopin already made an Etüde in a similar manner this Bach's prelude, namely the Op.10 no.1. Though that was more of a standalone composition with a direct reference to the prelude.

I think you made a very interesting transcription of the prelude, almost jazz influenced and you seem to enjoy every second playing it. I have put it up on the site.
