    Is there any site that offers free PDF of popular modern songs? I'm particularly interested in the sheet music for the theme song of the Incredible Hulk television series from the 80's and also the theme for the movie Terms of Endearment...

    If anyone knows where I can find these for free, please let me know...

    It is not and the reason is of course copyright. For classical composers, most of them have been dead for a long time and the copyright expires after some time (70 years in EU, 50 in Canada etc.).
