We have all of that right here, along with thousands of piano recordings!!
I agree that one can learn a lot from browsing around on forums, and I have done plenty of that myself. I just don't think it is good manners to come onto a site so that you can tell everyone to come to your site. Which btw - what you claim about your site having a "wealth of useful information on practicing, technique, and other things related to the world of piano." is not true. Sorry, but there is nothing there! Perhaps it is because the link to your forum does not work?
Good luck with your site.
Ok - perhaps I jumped to the wrong conclusion. Guess it's just my suspicious nature (I am a mother of two teenage boys). Welcome to the Piano Society forum.
Yes, we are an opinionated lot. IMO!
I thought it a bit odd too, that in your first posting you announce yourself as a new member, and then start plugging your own forum, which does not even seem to work at present. But I see from your response that you have good intentions, so welcome to PS.
Please realize this is a very informal forum, with mainly amateurs participating, and as such it's a bit different from other forums more geared to the pure professionals. Some members of old, like Koji Attwood, have left us for that reason.
Yes. We have 3118 recordings as of today.
