Re: Requiem For A Dream Piano/Drum Cover Soon one of the Moderators will tell you that this is not the forum to post your videoed performance; it is where folks submit mp3 files for evaluation (Audition Room) to see if they will be invited to join as a contributing artist. But for now, I will tell you that what you are doing is perfectly fine for "garage band" performing and music. This cyber community, however, is dedicated to classical piano music (in the general meaning of the term) and it's performance and discussion, therefore your submission is mis-targeted here. Good luck.
Re: Requiem For A Dream Piano/Drum Cover Hi Jeffreyrogers, Eddy is right. This post really is an oddball here. If you notice the other topics in the Audition Room, there are many composers listed (i.e...): Chopin Couperin Rameau Prokofiev Bach These are classical music composers who have written for piano. The piece you played "Lux Aeterna" was composed by Clint Mansell. Mansell has a career as a soundtrack composer, but he is the odd man out on this list. I don't know much about his music, but I'll bet little if any of it is worth anything from the standpoint of its contribution to classical music. prophesy fulfilled  Riley
Re: Requiem For A Dream Piano/Drum Cover Hello Jeffrey Rogers, Sorry, but Riley and Eddy are correct. This music does not belong here. If you like, you can move your posting to another forum, like the Repertoire or Composer forum and see if anyone feels like commenting on it there.
