Wow! I would give you a standing ovation. The recording is perfect I think. You are a real pianist. I like your approach of this piece, nicely refined playing, and in my ears quite romantic. I would give you a 10/10.

    Btw, are you Benjamin Kopp?

I just Googled and found these things:

      Benjamin Kopp
Benjamin Kopp began learning the piano when he was three years old. He has gained much recognition as a performer in recent years, performing as a soloist with the Melbourne, West Australian and Sydney Symphony Orchestras. Benjamin was recently a national finalist in the Keyboard Section of the Symphony Australia Young Performers Awards, where he performed Prokofiev’s 2nd Concerto with the WASO, conducted by Vladimir Verbitsky. In 2004, Ben commenced his studies with the internationally renowned pianist Rita Reichmann at the Australian National Academy of Music. His previous teachers included Daniel Herscovitch, Margaret Hair and John Perry.

Among other highlights of 2004 were performances with renowned cellist Mats Lindström and appearing with the ANAM Quartet in a performance of Franck Piano Quintet. In 2004 Benjamin also commenced his studies with renowned international pianist and Head of Piano at ANAM, Rita Reichmann. He has also studied with John Perry, Mark Gasser, Adrian Oetiker, Daniel Herscovitch and Jennifer Hammond. Benjamin Kopp has been an ANAM Academy Musician at the Australian National Academy of Music since 2004.
So that's you  ? Great to see you here (Many great pianists who submitted recordings didn't post here). Welcome![/list]

Perfectly played, conghratulations ! Very refined and sensitive. The dynamic range seems rather small, not sure if it is the recording or the playing - probably a bit of both. It just seems a bit underpowered and over-polite, but perhaps that was a choice you made. Do the orchestra play a string-only reduction ? They sound a bit tinny. Or it could be the recording that makes them sound like that.

But again, great playing, and an enjoyable recording. We can put you up the site with this if you want !
