I know where I heard this before...I used to play the "ballade" when I took piano lessons. It was in one of my "Alfred's Piano Library" books.

good job Jufa, this etudes are deceptively simple but its quite a fiddling from open hands(chopin ,liszt,Grieg, to closed hand positions. This just shows how flexiable your hands need to be.

Nice job, John. I did not hear a single mistake. Your technique sounded right on, as well as your dynamics.

When I say, "played them" I did not mean perfect them with perfect technique. I was a young lad with various mistakes and flexible tempo.

Ahh yes that reminds me of an old song by Alphaville "Forever Young"  8) :x

Well played, dynamically and rhythmically seen.
The pieces itself are quite flattish from the composition, but that's not your fault.

    ok john,

I only listen to the arabeque very carefully and I think it's well played but you need to play all the notes in the right speed listen to yourself!

Yes, well played even if your contrary-motion scales in the 'progres' sound a bit uncomfortable.
The 'petite reunion' has a slip at 1:10 which I think you should have corrected (in simple stuff like this, slips cannot really be excused). Apart from that, all sounds quite note perfect, though I do not know these pieces and have not checked with a score. Rhythmically good too, though I have a feeling you could put somehow a bit more sparkle into these little trifles (honestly, they need that).
