Is there any modern edition of this work? Is there any place where it is for sale at all? I found it in a library catalog in Quebec but is there any othere place to obtain it?

    Hello to you too.

This piece is published by Zimmermann Musikverlag in Frankfurt, and seems to be still available, see

    http://www.zimmermann-frankfurt.de/cgi-bin/main?action=det_dis&artikel=7197

I am not sure if it can be ordered online though, you'll have to ask them.
Also not sure if there is a first improvation also (this one is marked the 2nd).
    Hope this helps.

Obligatory hooray! for Medtner. Walter, should we expect you to play this for us at some point?

Additional hooray! for the school year having just ended. So I finally have time for music.
