I didn't think much of MacDowell until very recently... when I started listening to him  So I was wondering what you guys thought of his music. His style is very fiery and different, but I like it very much, he has some genius works which unfortunately aren't really that popular. Here's two examples if you aren't already familiar with the composer. Not really an A-list(lol) composer, but a good one with very intriguing pieces. 2nd Modern Suite http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QYrg2akg ... re=related 4th Piano Sonata http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EaQxmZGw ... re=related
You probably should put posts like this over in the Repertoire forum where more people will see it. Unless you like hiding down here like I do sometimes!
Ugh.. I thought about where it should go, and since there wasn't a composer section (Different than composing!) I put it in here, overlooking Repetoire. X D sorry. Moving it now. Edit: That's weird, can't seem to delete the topic.
Different boards have different permissions. On some you can delete your own posts, but on most you can only edit, and I've only seen one board where you are allowed to delete a whole thread, even if you started it, and that board only allows it for ranked members.
