    Hello all,

    Every six weeks I meet with a handful of people and my former piano teacher and we play a couple of themed pieces. Our next session is anything Italian.

    I need suggestions on a piece to play. But it has to be:

    Easy(ier)
    Not too fast
    3 pages maxium
    Clean enough to sight read


    Any suggestions?

    I'm surprised you didn't already know this. Tchaikovsky's - Italian Song. I think it would be perfect. It's only one page. Do you have it? I can scan mine and send it to you if you like.

    I must have overlooked the Tchaik piece. ...silly me :lol:

    I'll also look at Mendelssohn's pieces.

    I forgot to mention that all of the movements are rather difficult to sight read...and rather challenging to play well, in fact...
