    Hi everyone...

Monica, here is the one for you....I am no expert but this is the best I can demonstrate... is this a better view???
For all user(includes Mac) please use "quick time player or nero show time"..

    Cheers

Yes, it's better because I can see how your wrists move up and down. If you do more videos, make sure you pull the camera back a little because your left hand was sometimes out of view.
But....I still like 'face' videos too. Basically, I want to see hands, wrists, arms and faces, oh...and feet on the pedals. But I'd like it to be all close angles. I know...now you wish you never asked for my advice, right?
