Ok, this is really weird! I did not understand most of the words except for Steinway and Chopin, and I heard Beethoven and Satie in the background, but what do you mean, "the passion of Steinway and music?" Don't get it. Isn't this just a commercial for a watch that is designed to represent Steinway? Sorry, but the video is nothing special. Unless of course you are trying to sell me a nice watch.

A strange video indeed. Basically it is a commercial for outrageously expensive watches (I heard him say 30000 francs towards the end - this must be a 5-digit dollar price). I am not sure quite what the interest is for us, except for the few all too brief glimpses into the Steinway manufacturing process.

Oh c'mon Pianolady, you don't know the language of love? How else do you expect to talk to Chopin in your dreams?

Exactly – language of love! Talking is not necessary in my dreams (if you catch my drift). And afterwards, when we do actually speak to one another, Chopin happens to speak perfect English! (It is my dream, after all.) But in case my dream isn’t going quite right and he can’t remember his English and I can’t remember any French or Polish, we play Charades.
(see? There’s a French word  )

Reminds me of a little quote (don't know if it is true or not) from our glorious president:

    (and I will paraphrase)

One of the reasons why the French economy is not as strong as it used to be is because of small business, in fact, the French lack a words like entreprenuership

It went something like that. If it's true, then that is absolutely hilarious!

    Ok. To each his own!

Julius - Yes, our George W. has said some very funny things. I was looking at a list of some of them and here are a few of my favorites:

    1. "I think we agree, the past is over."

    2. "Our nation must come together to unite."

    3. "Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we."
