A really good performance and also suprisingly good sound quality from this 47 years old recording.

I have put this one up on the site.

    Yes, an imperious performance indeed.
I am suprised to at the sound quality. For a live recording from 1960 in an outpost like Aleppo to sound this good, is nothing short of a miracle. I would like to know what equipment was used....

Setrak, you are fantastic! Your Kreisleriana is as good as I have ever heard, amd
your fantasie Polonaise is better than any other I have ever heard! [Incidentally
this is my favorite Chopin piece.
    With all my thanks,
    Raymond Smullyan

    > Chopin, Polonaise - Fantasy for piano No. 7 in A flat major, Op. 61,Setrak Setrakian Piano, remember this was recorded in 1960 in Aleppo-Syria.

Wonderful music (for me too is the best among Chopin's masterworks) played at a
very high level. Among my favourite interpretations (I know about 20 recordings).
    Great Setrak!
