Actually, I just tried to download the .wmv video, but it would not open. Don't know why, because I can open up my own videos. Robert will have to do this.

Ok, John. The mp3 recording is up on the site. I listened again to make sure it worked and I must say that your fingers were really flying fast on this!

    1. Yes
    2. Yes - and I can see your picture of V.A. prominently placed on top of your piano. That's cute. :)

A splendid performance John! You handle the speed and changes in dynamics very well and interpret Chopin's music very much to my likings. I have put up the video!

I just watched the youtube video of your performance.

I've heard the Fantasy-Impromptu on a number of occasions, but I'm not intamately familar with it, so I really can't give any indepth feedback.

From what I heard, it sounded great! I wish I could play like that... <_<

This piece is so wonderfully dark... it's a bit of a shame it has to suffer the unfortunate turn into the major key at the end... Though, I will admit, Chopin does it well.

Your playing seemed very sincere, very emotional, and very accurate. It was a great performance of a great work! Keep it up!

A very good performance, at some places a bit too fugitive, but for this with a very good light touch. One of your best Chopin-performances until now, I think. Bravo! Congratulations!
