Hi everybody, I would like to advertise a blog I am developing about my great granfather who was an Italian late-Romantic composer between the 19th and 20th century. You'll find quite a few mp3s and 4 downloadable music sheets (the first in the list is a broken link), more will come. The site is still under development, hence the number of spelling mistakes and some weird sentence structures. The address is http://alfredodasdia.blogspot.com

Your comments and feebacks will be more than welcome, you can send me an email by clicking on the "view my complete profile" at the bottom of the page.

Enjoiy and spread the voice :)

I sampled a number of these tracks and it is very pleasing music in the best 19th century salon tradition. It's it all very small scale though, one item sounding much like the other, and nothing much to catch the ear or stick in the memory. I would have liked to be more positive, but there is no point in gilding the lily, as they say.

You may want to consider submitting this material to the following site

    http://www.henseltlibrary.org/

that hosts a lot of unknown 19th century repertoire.

Interesting stuff. Like Techneut said, there is nothing which sticks out, however it's all pleasant to the ear.

    You should correct the type:

    "A Framily of musicians"

    to

    "A family of musicians"

Thanks for sharing, and I hope you'll stick around and post more (not like all the 1 post advertisers  )
