    Hey all,

I've been working on this piece for a couple months now. I recorded the first half and was hoping for some feedback. I've been working on trying to smooth everything out and incorporate better phrasing ... was hoping for some feedback. I'll record the second half sometime soon.

    Thanks!

That sounds pretty good, except for the sound of the piano which is not very nice. Seems like your input level needs to go up, the volume is rather low.
I'm not a Brahms expert but I find little to criticize here. It could be a bit more fluent in places, and it seems like in the unisono passages you speed up a bit. You play the middle voices quite
well but must take care not to let the LH get too loud and notey.

But good work, I think you take playing and practicing very seriously. Now on to the tricky middle part !

    Here's the full thing.

Thoughts after listening to the middle part ... I need to working on softening the end of each little mini-phrase. Right now it's a bit abrupt for my tastes. Maybe add a touch of pedal?

    Thoughts?
