Hi all! Does anyone have any experience with the second movement? I've been playing it for a bit now, but I'm not sure what to focus on besides the melody / long phrasing between the legatos ... Thanks!
Maybe the part where there are repeated left-hand chords, which you must be careful to sound softly? Also, after that part, when there is a transition back to the main section, you should play the l.h appregios softly instead of loudly to give a 'murky' sound, rather than doing them overtly. The piece seems okay technically, but I think it's rather hard to bring across, given that there are so many good interpretations swimming around in the public consciousness.
Look no futher than the active topic in the Audition Room, I'll bet any question that you have about this piece Kaila can answer adequately : Cheers
