    Hi people,

I am currently playing Beethoven's Six Variations on a theme by Paisiello and throughout the piece there many acciaccaturas and I'm not sure how they should be played... :? Some people tell me it should be on time with an accent on the 'crused note' itself, others say to accent the note that follows it. I am honestly confused...how do you believe it should be played considering it's a piece from the classical period and by Beethoven?...any help would be much appreciated.

    Many thanks....
