Apartment size Baby Grand Silent Pianos

Am just beginning my research on apartemen size Baby Grand Silent Pianos. Am familiar with the Yamaha C1S and A1(L)S (I believe discontinued). Also came across the Pramberger 140, which, sizewise, is about perfect for my space. Can anyone offer info on whether this particular Pramberger is available as a Silent Piano; and/or any other brands of similar size that are Silent Pianos.

Likewise, what are the advantages/disadvantages of factory installed Silent systems vs. having a technician install PianoDisc after purchase?
