hello, here is the midi file : http://www.unheardbeethoven.org/midis/hess15h.mid I was wondering if anyone knowed that there was a sixth concerto of beethoven? gr, robert
All I know is that it's sometimes also called Concerto no. 0. In total Beethoven wrote 7 concertos, 5 normal, 1 unfinished and 1 transcription of his violin concerto.
There is also a fantasy for piano, orchestra and chorus (op. 80). The third part (with chorus) is quite famous. I didn't know about a concerto n. 6.
Sorry. I know that it isn't. I only thought that it is a work to be known as well as a piano concerto (nobody will name it the seventh piano concerto!). Allthough I'm not a pianist, nor a musician, and I cannot appreciate all the difference.
I respect I didn't know either haha. They are all beautiful I should recomment the recordings of emil gilels and the op.80 of brendel
