100 Years old Petrof?

    Hi,
    I have a 100 year old Petrof upright piano, given to me by my grandmother. so, as much as i love playing it, i think it would be best to sell it and buy a new piano or keyboard, and keep the rest of the money for education or a new guitar or something.
    So i have 2 questions:
    1. How do i check what model is it?
    2. How much do vintage Petrof pianos go for these days?

    Hi pinto,
    Try looking in "The Piano Book" by Larry Fine. At the very least, you will find in it Petrof contact information and probably lots of other useful information.

    Sort of read that book in a library before. Lot of information about pianos. But Pinto, haven't you thought of keeping it? Well I'm not trying to suggest to give it a sentimental value just because your grandmother gave it to you but the piano is century-year-old and it would be great to own such piano.
