Finska Rytmer (Finnish Rhythms)

Finska Rytmer (Finnish Rhythms) is a suite of 5 sketches for piano, first published in 1911. These are typical Scandinavian character pieces, short, tuneful, charming, and expertly written for the piano. As customary in Palmgren's time, titles are in Swedish rather than Finnish.
