How do you guys keep motivated in the summer holidays (or vacation, whatever you want)?
Before the holidays started I told myself to practise a lot during the holidays. Now the holidays have started, I can hardly practise 30 mins a day :? :( .

How on earth do you keep motivated?

Start with some difficult pieces who you really like so you will play because you want to know the pieces.
(that's my way to be motifated but because I have a holliday job I'm not able to practice very much).

Yeah, start with them, but after I 've done them, I have to work on the tons of Hanon and Czerny anyway, so I get bored again...

Writing those pieces would already take too much time.. I would practise even less by then..

can't you just improvisate them? don't write them on paper just do the etudes on your own way.
