Monica, thank you for your comment! I really want to join in this project and definitely will check YT and IMSLP. And the best wishes for your performance in that ship! (How romantic :) ) I believe you'll do that well. You have even an experience of playing in a competition, don't you?!
Alfonso, I'm sooooo glad to see your appearance here! All the best for you and your work, so that you can come back to us as soon as possible

Hi HJ,

I don't think that you'll find all the pieces on YT, just a sparse selection. PM me if you want a recording of the complete set.

Hi Alfonso,
I am glad to see you again, as well! In this kind of community, when someone disappears for a while, the others don't always know if that someone met with peril, so it's nice to know that you are okay.

I will mark you down for doing no.10. That way, you have to come back to see us. :) . Also, what do you mean about an American playing no.30?

Thanks Hye-Jin. I just want to get it over.

Thank to Alfonso I could listen to all the missing pieces in this project. And the result is: I take No.8 (A Watteau Paysage) :)

I remember that Chris already wanted to do No.30, which probably should be left for this PS project to a pianist from USA.

I seem to remember that you wanted it, too

Godowsky triumphantly ending this mini-requiem with the Star-spangled Banner (as if the US had single-handedly ended our little European dispute  ) does not imply that Americans have a claim to this piece. Next you'll tell me I should leave the Java Suite to the Javanese

Anyway if any of our patriotic US members feels like doing this one I'll be happy to leave it (just thought it might sound nice on my revised Gaveau).

BTW - Welcome back, if back is what you are (I am not quite sure)

I'm glad for that. This is one I have never been able to really warm to, even though it is quite cute.

Yes, as I wrote in brief in my previous message.

Too late for a SPOILER ALERT...

Of course not, just a gesture of kindness from us who know the piece.

It's not the same thing, but if anything, we don't have Indonesian pianists at PS.

Thank you. I am on vacation and just hanging around for a while (also, someone told me that my name had popped up).

I don't want to do the last one, so the list stays as is. Except I've marked down Alfonso's and Hye-Jin's picks.
