Does anybody happen to have the score, pdf or scannable book, whatever?
I'm craving it and cannot find anywhere. (Btw, Hough recorded it in his Spanish Album.)

I just heard the Scharwenka in Hough's recording a few days ago and, like you, am dying to find a copy and learn it. I wonder if you've had any luck yourself. I thought it was incredibly charming and hadn't known it exists. I'd much appreciate knowing if you've located it.

Hi Steve,

Sorry to disappoint you but my further research, even in piano anthologies on websites like musicroom.com and di-arezzo.com, has been to no avail so far. I should go to the music library in Torino and see if they have the score. As a last resort, I could email Maestro Hough asking where he got his copy.

If I find it I'll pm you. (And I'd be grateful if you could do the same.)

I have it. At least I think I do. Will know for sure in the next day or so.

Cool, Monica! I'll wait for you to look into it then.

Sorry Alfonso. I received what I was waiting for today, but this particular piece is not among the music. :x I have not heard this Spanish Serenade, but I sure am interested in it! I'll keep my eyes peeled - maybe between the two of us we'll find it.

Thank you nevertheless, Monica, for my part I've not had time so far to investigate further. The piece is in Hough's Spanish Album, I'd be surprised if you didn't have it (http://www.hyperion-records.co.uk/al.as ... sh%20album, it's Track 15, click on the note icon to listen to a small clip), in that case I can "provide" it to you. Let me know.

I asked all around (the world) and nobody could come up with it. Now of course I REALLY want to find it! And no, surprisingly I don't have that album. I should get it. Why don't you buy it for me!  And when you say you can 'provide', do you mean the clip or the whole piece? If I have the whole piece, then I can put it in my Super-Duper Music-Making Machine and have the piece instantly transcribed for us, okay?

Check your email and you will see (and I'd like a machine like that!).
