Hi friends, I started today with one new piece, Piano concerto with orchestra d-minor, of course it isnt finished yet, it takes time but the main thema is ready and I would like to present it to know what do you think about it and if you like it.

This sounded like a nice piece of film music to me - I had to think of The Godfather for some reason. I found it disappointing when the piano came in with its bland alberti bass-like figuration. It is a nice theme but not IMO suitable for a concerto first movement. And no concerto should start off with such a dreadfully boring solo entry.

Yes the piano introduction comes sudden, but I let play it the main thema to show it clearly, I think about longer orchestra beginning. Alberti bass was just first idea by quick writing the piano part

I liked the introduction very much. I suppose that I agree about the Alberti bass, but I'm skeptical as to whether you actually intended to keep it that way at all. And yes the piano does somewhat out of nowhere but that can be easily smoothed over. All in all the main theme of the piece is there, though, and I think that it is on its way. Very excited to hear it developed.

Have you finished the concerto?Do you have a 2 piano version available?
I would be interested in performing it as a either a 2 piano version,either with orchestra

I stopped it at that point and did another pieces, but if you are interested in performing it, I can take it and finish this movment soon. Do you have the possibility to perform it with orchestra? If so, it would be great!
A rearrangement for 2 pianos is always possible, but I would miss the powerfull orchestral arrangement a lot

I listened to both.
If you finish the concerto,I can submit it to orchestras for approval and possible performance,however no guarantees.
In our business a 2nd piano version is always helpful cause it is much easier to perform a concerto with a 2nd piano than with an orchestra
As far as orchestra vs piano,you are the composer

Ok, I will work on it, I wanted to go on with the piano reaction to the F-Major theme played by the orchestra. I would firstly finish the orchestral version.
