Saturday morning I had a strange dream. There was a group or 25-30 audience members in an intimate setting, all scholarly and artistic, and the guest speaker was Igor Stravinsky. I had to introduce him! I spent a short time and some effort preparing to sum up his contribution to 20th century music in just a few short sentences. I felt considerably removed from my data and felt that I was struggling with poor memory. Anyway, about the time I was going to introduce him, I woke up.
Any interpreters out there? Does this relate to the piano? FYI, I'm not preparing any Stravinsky.
