Of course there is bias. I'm sure television programming is the same in other countries too. Maybe one of those "just sports" channels covers everything, though. I don't know... Admittedly, I don't watch much of the Olympics - just the parts that get hyped up in the news prior to the event, and I like the monologue and theatrics. Makes things more interesting when you know a little story about the athletes.
