Oh well ... Monday, October 22 is the 194th year since the birth of history's greatest pianist!!

I have soooo many activities planned.

1. I'm temporarily renaming my children Daniel, Cosima and Blandine. They're thrilled. Really.
2. Start an torrid love affair with a Countess. If you know a Countess, please email me ASAP.
3. Grow hair. How can I accurately play his music with no hair flip? It's there in the urtext editions.
4. Take some, but not all, orders for Catholic priesthood. Celibacy is not for me. Really. 3 kids, remember? and a bun in the oven, too! (which we found out today is a girl!!! huzzah!)
5. Have my musical talents vastly underappreciated. Oh wait, I can take that off my to-do list.
6. An elaborate recreation of Ferenc's triumphant entry into the world using a sleeping bag, a naked fat man and a bottle of ketchup. Honestly, you're better off not knowing.
7. Hogging the PS mssg board with trivial minutiae of his life and times. Oh wait ... well, started early on that one!

I'm sure there's more to do ... but I wanna play some of his music too!

Liszt pwns!

In case anyone was wondering (you probably weren't), I've had to postpone my Liszt-day celebrations due to my household being afflicted with the biblical plague (you know, pestilence of apocalyptic proportions). Unfortunately, instead of spending the day in quiet contemplation and pianistic introspection, I was obliged to worship the porcelain god (or goddess ... no offense to anyone) all day. *looking for vomiting emoticon*

So, I'm going to reschedule Liszt-day. Unfortunately, it appears my computer has been afflicted with a similar demon-virus from the beyond ( you know, porn). And I can't upload anything at all ... serious lag issues. Hopefully, order and reason will soon be restored to the Coleman universe and I will be able to continue to bring murder and mayhem (less murder, more mayhem) to those who need it!

I have several Liszt, Mendelssohn, Lecouna ready to go .... *crossing fingers*

Ah yes, college kids know the virtues of the porcelain god all too much. It would be an outrage to go through four years of college without seeing, at least once, someone bent over the alter, pouring their "soul" out.
