Prasa Kodeeswaran, an amateur pianist currently living in Toronto, Canada. Not having realized his affection for the piano until his teens, he signed up for lessons and within an year won first prize in the local conservatory's student piano competition. Though he is pursuing math and science as his main field of study, the piano will always be an important part of his life. He particularly enjoys the works of Schubert, Chopin, Ravel, and Debussy. He also enjoy composing music, and has composed many short pieces for both piano and for orchestra. He is one of those people that feel that interpretation and character in a piece of music is more important than attempting to reproduce the score exactly, and he hopes that listeners will find unique interpretations in his music.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading, learning Japanese, designing websites and not smiling for camera shots.
